  1. George’s Wildwood Crest

George’s place, part of Kara Restaurant Group, is a wonderful water front BYOB in wildwood crest, not too far off of Rio Grande. The restaurant offers Greek cuisine with an excellent selection of seafood, and Greek classics such as Spanakopita, Saganaki, Greek style lamb. All of their dishes are simple but well executed, but their seafood and appetizers stand out the most. The staff is very enthusiastic, and you can expect to get a high a quality experience, similar to any of the other KRG restaurants in cape may, and all at a reasonable price. It is easily one of the best Mediterranean restaurants on the island. The restaurant has limited seating so a reservation is recommended especially for larger parties.

  1. Two Mile Landing

Two Mile Landing consists of multiple restaurant experiences all at the edge of Wildwood Crest, and on the water. They offer transit slips for those hungry boaters looking for some fresh seafood or an orange crush to quenche their thirst. They have multiple bars, seating on the dock, and sit down dining experience inside as well. They offer all of the fresh seafood classics and raw bar options, ranging from fresh oysters to unlimited local blue claw crab. They also offer a great happy hour from 2pm to 4pm which includes Oysters and Clams on the half shell at 1.30$ each, and 3.50$ Coors lights to wash them down with. Two Mile is a classic wildwood experience, and one of the best restaurant experiences accessible by boat on the island.

  1. Mudhen Brewing Co.

Mudhen Brewing Co. is the only brewery on the island, and offer a fun vibe, great bar, and an excellent selection of bar food. Located on Rio Grande in the former Harley Davidson store, it is a large property with plenty of parking, and multiple dining experiences, and a gift shop. The outside has tables, bar seating, and a slew of fun games such as; corn hole, hook and ring game, and golf pong. The food options range from BBQ to modern pub style food. They offer excellent happy specials at the bar outside, if seating is available, with discount’s on their own beer, mixed drinks, and food. It is a fun location with great atmosphere, great food, and on top of that the beer is manufactured on site.
